Velosify provides web design, graphic design, CRM buildout, calendar integration, AI-driven marketing, and AI voice agent services (collectively, "Services"). Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope are defined in individual service agreements or proposals.

⟩ Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

⟩ Accounts & Access

Certain Services may require you to provide information or create credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activity that occurs under your account.

⟩ Payment Terms

• All plans are billed as one-time fees unless otherwise stated in a custom agreement.
• Payment is due upon acceptance of a service proposal.
• Prices are listed in USD and do not include applicable taxes.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If work has not yet begun, a full refund may be issued. Partial refunds may apply for work in progress.

⟩ Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you (websites, designs, configurations). We retain ownership of any pre-existing tools, frameworks, templates, and methodologies used in delivering the Services. We may display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and timely information needed to deliver the Services
• Review and provide feedback on deliverables within reasonable timeframes
• Ensure that any content you provide does not infringe on third-party rights
• Not misuse our Services for unlawful purposes

⟩ Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velosify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services giving rise to the claim.

⟩ Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Services, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee specific business results from the use of our Services.

⟩ Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement with written notice. In the event of termination, you will be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date. We may suspend or terminate access to our Services if you violate these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via our website. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
